You can submit any number of tickets to us and it will be answered in a sequence one by one. We do not limit the admin work time and offer UNLIMITED Server Management 24/7/365.
Do you monitor my server(s) 24/7/365?
Yes we do monitor your servers 24/7/365. We monitor HTTP service on multiple global locations and this is the core feature of this plan. We will see that there is no downtime experienced for our clients and if at all anyone experiences any downtime it will have a resolve quickly but will be based on the complexity of the issue.

Yes we do provide periodic updates as we want our customers to be aware of the necessary available resources as part of updates from time to time. We have this updates flashed in our Customer Portal where every client can look for the respective updates that is available.
What is your average response and resolution time in this plan?
Our response time is 20 mins (Twenty Minutes) for all tickets, since the tech seat is dedicated you will receive quick response to the tickets. We also provide an resolution time of 4 hours (Four Hours) for all tickets. Resolution time is defined as the time elapsed between the actual reporting of the problem and the resolution of the problem. Resolution times may vary based on the complexity of the issues and the number of active tickets on the helpdesk.
Do you support and install third party software?
Yes we can install 3rd party software like CPanel such as RVSkin, Fantastico, ImageMagick, GD, Mailscanner, ClamAV, PostgreSQL, Tomcat JSP, etc. But we will not install any 3rd party software like Shoutcast, SiteStudio, Coldfusion, Billing software, etc....
Do you offer Trial?

No we can't give any guarantee against server hacking as there cannot be any such guarantee given by anybody. This is simply because servers are open to many freewares which might at sometime be the cause of hacking. Importantly we can give security to your server which can have the resistant capacity against hacking. This system might protect your server from being badly affected.
Any other contracts to be signed, setup fees, hidden charges?
